Teaching Philosophy

I believe every student has the potential to succeed when lessons are adapted to their individual learning style. My approach is to create a supportive and engaging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and actively participating. I simplify complex Biology and Chemistry concepts using clear explanations, real-life examples, and interactive discussions to build understanding rather than memorization. My experience supervising undergraduate and graduate students during laboratory sessions and assisting in teaching practical courses has strengthened my ability to explain scientific concepts clearly, encourage critical thinking, and help students gain confidence in their abilities. My goal is not only to improve grades but also to inspire curiosity and a genuine interest in science.
