After finding a tutor, select your preferred time slot from their availability calendar. You'll receive a confirmation email, and the lesson will be added to your dashboard. Lessons can be scheduled up to 2 weeks in advance.

Yes, you can reschedule or cancel lessons through your dashboard. For cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance, you'll receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a small fee.

All lessons are conducted through our secure video platform. You'll receive a unique meeting link via email before your lesson starts. No additional software installation is required - everything works through your web browser.

Payment is processed immediately when you book a lesson. The funds are held securely until after the lesson is completed, at which point they're released to the tutor.
